Mount Kilimanjaro
The crown of Africa. Seven routes to the summit — we favour Lemosho (8d) for acclimatisation and Northern Circuit (9d) for solitude.
Discover Mount Kilimanjaro
Climbing Kilimanjaro is a journey through five distinct climate zones, starting in lush rainforests and ending in the arctic conditions of the summit glaciers. At 5,895 meters (19,341 feet), it is the highest peak in Africa and the tallest free-standing mountain in the world.
While it requires no technical mountaineering skills, the extreme altitude makes it a formidable physical and mental challenge. We strongly advocate for 7 to 9 day itineraries to ensure proper acclimatization and maximum summit success rates.
